Maria Ferguson has an Honours Degree and post graduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning. She is a Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years’ experience in a range of planning related matters.
She has worked for both public and private sector employers and having given evidence in planning inquiries, as well as at Lands Tribunal in a case dealing with a restrictive covenant, she is well qualified to appear as an expert witness. She can also provide expert opinions for effective dispute resolution, whether in respect of your valuation, divorce, or planning appeal.
