We have worked with Maria on several planning applications over the last 8 years.  A period of time which has seen us successfully build a wind turbine, cow sheds and milking parlour.  All these projects involved balancing the objectives of the business, public opinion, environmental concerns and the restrictions that come from farming around a Scheduled Ancient Monument.  Maria’s involvement ensured these projects were successful while we focused on the day to day running of the business.

We are a Firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors and Land Agents undertaking work throughout much of the Country and often seek to have the benefit of Local Planning expertise.  For a large scale Lodge Development in West Northumberland, we turned to Maria Ferguson, for what was an extremely challenging Planning Application.  To our amazement, Maria, led the Planning & Design Team, which resulted in a very significant largely new development getting detailed Planning Consent, despite it being in a very sensitive AONB.
